During the puberty stage I started having extra fat over my chest what is called Gynaecomastia in medical terms. Whatever it is, it was very very embarrassing for me. People can hardly understand how bad one boy, growing to be a man feel if he has this kind of problem. Things were so bad that I was unable to put off shirts before anybody. With this kind of disorder I went to hostel for my college study. It added more psychological stress on my mind. I can still remember how friends used to make fun out of my body there especially when I used to go for bath. Though there was a lot of opportunity to learn swimming with a large pool and skilled trainer, I could not join the swimming club.I was as if the medium of entertainment for these herd of young boys. Moreover, it was as if a dream for me to wear t-shirts.
After coming to Hyderabad for my job, I started googling about the syndrome. I came to know a lots of things about it and was convinced that I am not the only guy in the world having this kind of problem. A lots of people suffer from Gynaecomastia and it can be got rid off by a surgery. During my first interaction with her, she told me about this very low-risk surgery and she showed me some pictures of her patients who have been operated so well that one can hardly recognise that they had female like breast. It made me very confident (after all you will feel confident if your doctor is very confident) and I went for this two-hour long surgery. The surgery was very much successful for me and now I am not Gynaecomastic. I could put off my shirts before others after about 10 years. I can wear T shirts also. Although I met Dr. Shukla through the middle men (company). I have no regrets and am happy that I chose her to be my surgeon. She is a good person (DR. I am glad to be writing this letter recommending the services of Dr. Priti Shukla to her future patients.
I am a 38 year old male working in a Technology Consultancy Firm in Hyderabad.
I was overweight and had bags of fat on the sides of my waist. This in addition to my short height made my appearance look very fat. I did not have any mental problems with my appearance but I just wanted to look more well maintained. I and my wife opted for weight loss regimes with packages that had sessions on a machine and dieting. Although she is not so fat she too was with me in all this. She had a better body before pregnancy and got good shape back after exercises etc. I also joined a gym with a regular exercise programme but I did not get any worthwhile results. I was convinced that all this was waste for me.
I made up my mind about liposuction after reading a newspaper article and my wife was supportive. I consulted other local plastic surgeons in two large hospitals where I came to know about basics like procedure types, cost, days of leave required from office for rest etc. The impression I gained was that this is like any other major surgery with days in hospital, stiches, scars etc. Although my wife was ready to support me regardless of the inconvenience, I was not really prepared and I thought all this would be just too much. If my parents came to know, they would definitely say why did you take such risks with health and life.
We contacted Dr. Priti Shukla after seeing her clinic board on the road just like that . The first consultation with her was long and detailed and we were more comfortable talking to her than in other places. Perhaps because she has more female patients who expect a lot of fine details but she definitely discussed much more about the bulge seen above the belt line from front and sides, general shape of stomach area and thighs, hanging loose skin etc. She measured body fat and under skin fat in body parts and told me what all reduction will happen from which places. The mood of the talk was more personalized and understanding. She asked me to get by blood cholesterol and some more blood tests done.
I opted for surgery by her because with her I needed only one day of hospital stay and in general it was more easy and uncomplicated with her. During surgery and hospital stay was nothing unusual except that it was over quickly. I even saw a movie on my laptop there and my wife was there to take care if anything was needed. I was operated on Friday morning and returned home on Saturday, rested on Sunday and went to work on Monday morning and I was comfortably able to do this. I had to wear a special tight elastic band around my stomach under my clothes for the first few days.
There was no immediate weight or inch loss due to the swelling .There were large red black areas of bruising and numbness that took a month to go.
After 2 months of the surgery the results were very nice. I now do not have the tires above my belt that used to embarrass me earlier. It shows as buttons around the waist are not tight and the general shape of my body in the shirt is better. I feel lighter and more energetic. The doc. took pictures before and after surgery and the result is measurable.
The experience was quick, simple and reasonably comfortable otherwise getting an operation done and getting myself admitted in hospital is something I will never opt for. I was comfortable as the doctor was available on phone for me after the surgery. The office work was not affected at all.
To her future patients I will say that this is not like other hospital experiences, it is not a troublesome self torture and one can safely go for it. I am convinced that the results are worth the time and money spent.

I had wanted bigger better looking breasts for as long as I can remember. I was very unhappy with the way my breasts used to look. They were a regular size but the problem was that there was a bad sag to them. Every time I looked at them, my self confidence plummeted. I really hated the way I looked in clothes, especially in T-shirts. In spite of wearing under wired bras, the sag was still quite visible. I had put on a considerable amount of weight as an adolescent and then lost it all too quickly. Not only did I get stretch marks, I also lost quite a lot of the ‘good’ fat from my breasts. Not a very good thing according to me.
After thinking very hard, I decided that the only course of action for me would be to opt for cosmetic surgery. Though I was quite daunted by the idea, I was still quite keen on doing something about the problem instead of thinking all my life.
I started looking up all the information that I could get on the internet. Believe me when I say that I got really boggled down with the amount of information that I could gather from there. I read as much as could. I also read about people’s ideas about fake breasts. Though there were lots of people saying lots of things, the majority of women who had undergone the operation were quite satisfied with the way they looked after the operation. Also the partners of these women were also quite happy with the way their partner now looked. I was really worried that they might look fake.
I was looking online for a good doctor and that too somebody from my city as I didn't want to go out of station. I fixed up appointments with three doctors whose names I do not want to reveal. Also the other two doctors were male doctors and I felt a little uncomfortable in front of them. I then met Dr. Priti Shukla at her clinic in Banjara Hills. I had done my research about her online and I was quite impressed by her credentials.
In spite of reading up about Dr. Priti Shukla, I was still quite apprehensive the first time I met her. But after speaking to her for just five minutes I was put at ease. I spent nearly two hours asking her different questions regarding the operation, whether the sag can be corrected, what size implants I need to achieve the look I desired, about the anaesthesia, the side effects, the healing process and finally the pricing. After we had discussed in detail and at length about each and every aspect of the surgery, we set a date convenient to both of us.
I had almost a week before the surgery and I had ample time to research some more and that’s what I did. There were times when I felt unsure about some aspect of the surgery or the surgery itself. I cleared my doubts by messaging Dr. Priti. She always answered my questions as soon as possible. This helped immensely in allaying my fears. We had decided on 400cc Mentor silicon implants and I was told by Dr. Priti that initially they will look bigger but once they ‘settle’ they will look normal.
The day of the surgery arrived. I was scheduled to have the surgery at 10’o clock in the morning. I was instructed not to have anything, including water, after 10 the night before I arrived half an hour early as I was very nervous. I met Dr. Priti and she could immediately tell I was apprehensive. She spoke to me and immediately I started feeling better.
I was asked to change into into surgey attire. I lied down on the operating table and was given the anaesthesia and I was asleep in a minute.
I woke up after the surgery but was slightly groggy from the effects of the anaesthesia. My chest felt very tight and heavy. All I could see was that my chest looked massive. I was taken good care of by the staff at the hospital. Dr. Priti came and congratulated me as the surgery went on very well. She said that all was looking good. I was relieved. Though it was hurting like hell, I was still quite ecstatic. I was discharged after about 5 hours.
I went home and the first thing I did was to check myself in the mirror and I could see that my breasts looked beautiful but massive. I used to wear bra size 34B earlier but now I was wearing 38C! I called up Dr. Priti and she assured me that it’s the swelling and it will go down. Anyhow, I quite liked the way my breasts looked. Even though I didn’t opt for a breast lift, the sag was hardly noticeable. I was quite surprised and truly pleased because had I gone for a breast lift too it would have been costlier. The way Dr. Priti placed the implants helped reduce the sag. She definitely knew what she was doing.
The healing process was quite painful and I kept taking the antibiotics and painkillers given by Dr. Priti. I met her regularly so that she could monitor my progress.
With time, a month or so, the swelling went down and my breasts became soft and looked and felt great. I kept my cotton bra on day and night for more than a month. I used to get a shooting pain in my breasts and that’s because the nerves were getting regenerated. Otherwise everything else was going according to plan. All the horrible side effects about which I have read were not there. I graduated from bra size 34B to 36C. I really love the change. I feel really self confident and happy. I must really thank and give credit to Dr. Priti for doing such a wonderful job. I recommend her to anyone considering such an operation.

I came to know Dr. Priti Shukla through internet search. I live in Melbourne, Australia and was looking for some reliable plastic surgeon who could tone my arms by liposuction. I am basically from Guntur and was planning to visit my family. I liked what I read about her and contacted her by email. Everything was planned over next few emails. I even called her on phone just to see what she sounded like.
The day I landed at Hyderabad, I went to see Dr. Priti. I saw the pictures of her other patients and my doubts were allayed. I got my blood tested at the nearby lab. Surgery took place the day after as we had planned in advance. The hospital was very neat and staff was courteous. Anyway since it was a daycare surgery I left the hospital the same day in the evening. That night I stayed in my cousin’s place. I had very little pain. My dressing was changed next day at Dr. Priti’s clinic. She said everything was okay and I could travel to Guntur. She advised me not to lift any luggage, so I requested my cousin to give me company.
I was taking medications regularly for next one week and wore the compression blouse under my clothes for about 3 weeks. I did my shopping and met my relatives without anyone knowing about the surgery. On my way back to Melbourne I saw Dr. Priti once again . It was exactly 3 weeks after surgery. I had no discomfort pushing the trolley at airport or carrying my handbag. My friends at work are surprised and are asking me how I lost so much weight. Dr. Priti Shukla has done a fantastic job. I could not have afforded the same surgery at Melbourne.
Its really wonderful to know that great doctors are now available at Hyderabad and we can have cosmetic surgeries without paying through the nose. I recommend Dr Priti to anyone considering similar surgery.

Before I had lot of fat on my chest and it whenever I had worn a T- shirt it looked as if I had breasts. All friends teased me and it was horrible. I had gone to many specialist doctors and they told me everything is all right but I am just too much fatty. I also tried a lot to loose weight but problem did not go.
Dr. Priti Madam explained that there is breast fat and she will remove it. I was admitted in hospital for one day only. She explained my mother and father everything. She gave me student discount. She did all operation from one small hole only by a special technology and now there is no stiches, no scars, all fat is gone. I wore elastic pressure belt to get good shape and now my chest is flat.
For first time I went to swimming pool and no one can see anything about the operation, it appears normal. Next year I want to remove fat from my abdomen also. Slimming centre has no guarantee and it is just time waste. Here results are very fantastic.
I have tried all this so I want to tell you. I want to thank the doctor for this blessing.

I had put on a lot of weight during my pregnancies. Since I was breastfeeding my second child I could not diet or exercise. After 1 year I joined my job and it was even more difficult to lose weight because I work mostly sitting at desk. I realized it was practically impossible for me to get good figure unless I did something about it. I did not want to wait too long because I had already tried and failed. I was referred to Dr Priti by my friend who had liposuction done by her. Dr. Priti examined me told that I needed abdominoplasty, because my skin was also loose. She showed me pictures of patients who had liposuction done and others who had abdominoplasy done. I was then convinced about abdominoplasty.
Operation was under general anaesthesia and I stayed in hospital for one day. For next fifteen days I felt tightness and pain in my abdomen. I was advised to take pain medications regularly. The good part was that stitches were dissolvable so I did not have to get them removed. I started having normal bath after 4 days and the stitches healed very quickly except at the centre which took about 3 weeks to heal. Fortunately there was no pain. It has been 2 months now and I feel great. Jeans size is down by 4 inches and my stomach is absolutely flat.
I was very comfortable with Dr. Priti from the moment I talked to her. She understood my problem and did the right surgery for me. I thank her wholeheartedly for my great figure.
